Use of Our Website
At bobochacha we operate an online ordering system for food and drink for delivery or click and collect services.
You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to access our website. You are also responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses our website through your internet connection are aware of these terms and conditions.
You can access to our website without placing an order or registering your details with us. By accessing any part of our website, you have agreed to these terms. If you don’t accept these terms, you should exit our website immediately.
You are permitted to print and download information from our website for your own personal and non-commercial use, unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in this website are owned by us, including without limitation any photographs. These works are protected by copyright laws and all rights are reserved.
You are responsible for the security of your password that you used to register with the website. We will not be liable for any unauthorised transaction entered into using your details.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your right to use this website without notice to your if we believe that you have materially in breach of any terms of this website.
Booking a Table
We take table bookings (1) online www.bobochacha.com; (2) by telephone 0208 672 4250 or (3) pop in to make reservation at 192 Tooting High Street, London SW17 0SF.
Walk-ins customers are always welcome. However, during Covid-19 in order to comply with social distancing guidelines, the number of seating tables has been reduced. We strongly recommend customers to make reservation in advance. Each booking is limited to a maximum of 1 hour 45 minutes. All bookings must arrive no later than 10 minutes from reservation time, otherwise your table will be offered to other waiting customers. If you are running late, please give us a call on 0208 6724250, we will try our best to hold on your booking.
During peak times, we may require large party group to place a deposit. The deposit money will be taken off from the final bill at the end of your meal.
Our staff members are specially picked to serve you, which to the best of their ability, they will do to fulfill your requirements. Please avoid unnecessarily rude and unkind to our staff. We reserved our rights to ask you to leave our restaurant and refused admission on any subsequent visit.
Placing an Order for Delivery & Collection
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website.
When you have selected your order from the menu, you should check that the information entered are correct before submitting your order. Once payment has been processed, it would not be possible to correct any order. To make correction of any error, please contact the restaurant with your order details, they may be able to help. Please note that the restaurant reserves its right to accept any changes, cancellation or refund.
All orders must be paid in full by debit/credit cards upon ordering, whether your order is for delivery or collection service. We currently do not accept cash payment due to Covid-19.
Please note that you will not be able to return your order once delivered or collected.
All prices published on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Products are subject to availability. If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to fulfil your order(s), we will offer a substitute or refund the amount you have paid. In both events, we will contact you. If you decided to order something else, this may affect the price you pay.
We cannot promise that we will be able to fulfil any special requests made upon ordering. If your special request is important, please call the restaurant. We reserve the rights to not accept your request and/or your order.
A number of our dishes contained nuts, eggs, dairy, celery, sesame, soya, shell fish and etc. If you have a specific food allergy or intolerance, before placing any order, please call the restaurant. You will be responsible to ensure all food delivered (whether paid or complimentary) is safe and suitable for your own consumption depending on your dietary restrictions.
Special Offers and Meal Deals
All special offers and meal deals are single offers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, there are no exceptions. All available offers are applicable on food and drinks order only. Delivery charges are not covered under any offer.

In the rare event that a promotional/ discount code is not working please the restaurant or email email@example.com Your email however may not be read or attended immediately.
Delivery and Collection Service
Our delivery area is restricted to within 2 mile radius but we reserve the right to refuse delivery. Limited delivery area is designed with driver safety and food quality in mind. Currently a delivery charge of £3.00 applies to all delivery orders
Our delivery hours may subject to change without notice. For latest delivery hours, please check our website.
We aim to deliver your order to you as soon as possible subject to a minimum of 30 mins and longer during peak hours. If a delivery or collection time has been specified, we will try our best but cannot promise that this request will be met.
Your order will be delivered to the main entrance of your delivery address. Due to Covid-19, our drivers will not be allowed to deliver your order beyond the main entrance, and delivery operation will be contactless.
On collection service, you might be asked to show the debit/ credit card you used to pay for the order by our staff member as proof of identity. We will endeavour to have your order ready for you at your chosen collection time.
Website Access and Security
The website is usually available 24 hours. We do our best to ensure the website is working in good order. If the website is not working or unavailable for whatever reasons, we will not be liable for it.
Communications and transmission of information using internet is not completely secure unless they have been encrypted. Although we will take steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the website. Any data transmission is at your own risk and we will not assume any responsibility or liability for any loss from using our website directly or indirectly.
In light of the current fluid situation, we may make changes to the products, services and prices on our website at any time without notice. We will try our best to ensure that information on the website is correct but we cannot promise that it is accurate or complete at all times

We have a comprehensive customer and staff policies and procedures in place to protect everyone during the Covid-19 pandemic. These include increased hygiene and social distancing measures which must be followed by all customers and staff in accordance with Government guidelines.
