CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Strict cancellation policy is applied on bookings BEFORE 6.15PM ON WEEKENDS.

 
Minimum notice of 72 hours is strictly required if you wish to cancel or reschedule. This may differ for larger bookings and will be communicated separately. Otherwise, cancellation fees £10pp applies.

If there is a change in the number of people coming, please give us 48 hours notice to avoid a £10 charge on each empty seat.

Cardholders will be charged if required notice above is not provided. This is enforced strictly and we remind cardholders to  confirm attendance with guests to avoid dispute on that day.

For all other bookings, please allow as much notice as possible.
